Healing Art
Energy Cultivation
Qigong is one of the five branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine,
an ancient healing art based on Taoism, a philosophy that encourages living in harmony with nature and teaches the cultivation and guidance of Qi, the body’s vital energy.

There are many styles, ranging from soft and meditative to more dynamic and energizing, and it is increasingly being studied and integrated by professionals in fields such as psychology, medicine, neuroscience or in sport, to better support their patients or clients.

Helena shares the traditional teachings she has received while also integrating scientific research and evidence-based insights into her classes to support a deeper understanding of the practice.

Qigong honors life and encourages more conscious and sustainable ways of living. Helena aims to be an uplifting presence in the lives of others and to foster care and respect for our precious natural world, one that we are deeply connected to and that future generations depend on.

Helena Lloveria
Teachers and Lineage
I was born in Spain, lived five years in Amsterdam where I had my son and later my family and I settled in New York in 2016.
In 2021 I discovered Qigong through my teacher Lee Holden and I felt it was the missing puzzle in my life and decided to shift carrer.
Years later become a certified instructor. Holden's teachings are within the Taoist tradition transmitted by his teacher the renowned master Mantak Chia, founder of the Universal Healing Tao Center in Thailand.
In February 2026, in the Year of the Fire Horse, I was honored to be part of an extraordinary team of professionals at Qi Live Center in Manhattan, founded by teacher Yaniv Zohar. In this new phase,
I am learning the nuances of Tai Ji (chi) and deepening in the understanding of the ancient arts of internal cultivation of our root teacher Master Zhongxian Wu, and his student our teacher of the Xing Ming Gong system Thomas Droge.
In each session, I aim to create a safe and uplifting space where people can reconnect with themselves and return to their daily lives feeling more balanced, present, and empowered.
