Certified as a Qigong and Tao Yin instructor by the recognized internationally renowned Qigong and Acupuncture master Lee Holden, within the Taoist tradition transmitted by his teacher Mantak Chia.

Her journey began in 2020 and through personal healing, she felt called to train as an instructor and share the therapeutic benefits of this practice with others. Nowadays she is teaching at Qi Live Center, and learning within the classical Chinese arts Qigong lineage of Zhongxian Wu.
